FERMORGADO  is a company specialised in project, development and construction of moulds for the Plastic and Metal injection industry.

 

The fact of being able to produce or to subcontract, allied to the knowledge and the good relationship we have with other mould makers, allows us to decide on the best option for each type of mould, in terms of quality and delivery time.

 

The projects are developed by our own company that, after approval, do the planning together with the producing company, working later as supervisor in the execution of each phase of the production process and in the fulfillment of the notebook of incumbencies.
Weekly, or as agreed, we send reports to confirm the progress of  work done.

 

All the moulds are fully tested under production conditions and, if the customer prefers, in his presence.

Here we can repair, modify, do maintenance of existing moulds, even of those that were not made by our company, which need to be adapted and/or improved.
